HOUSE BILL NO. 513 "An Act relating to the enforcement of                                           
support orders through suspension of drivers' licenses; changing the                                
name of the child support enforcement agency to the child support                                   
services agency; amending Rules 90.3 and 90.5, Alaska Rules of Civil                                
Procedure; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Ogan, Vice Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                     
the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                
page 2707. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
